Your membership becomes active after your registration has been completed, the applicable annual payment has been received and Sweet Brook has confirmed your activation date.

Every Sweet Brook membership remains active for twelve months from the confirmed activation date.

No. Each plan follows a defined treatment schedule. Starter massages are available every two months, Flexing massages are available monthly and Couple massages are available as one couples session every month. Pedicure treatments are scheduled quarterly.

Contact Sweet Brook in advance through the approved booking channel, state your name and membership plan, and request your preferred date and time. All bookings remain subject to availability.

Members are encouraged to book as early as possible, especially for weekends, public holidays and popular appointment periods. Early booking improves the chances of securing your preferred time and therapist.

You may request a preferred therapist or therapist gender. However, all requests remain subject to therapist availability at the selected appointment time.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without sufficient notice may result in the treatment being treated as used. Members should contact Sweet Brook promptly whenever they need to cancel or reschedule.

Yes. Members may add extra services or request upgrades by paying the applicable additional amount or price difference.

Plan changes or upgrades may be considered based on your payment, treatments already used and management approval. Any applicable balance must be paid before the change is confirmed.

Membership payments are made to secure annual treatment benefits and are generally not treated as refundable cash balances. The complete refund and cancellation conditions will be presented during registration.

No. Membership treatments cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into a cash balance or refunded at their normal individual treatment prices.

Yes. Starter, Flexing and Couple Membership Plans can be purchased as wellness gifts. The recipient’s correct information must be provided during registration.
